By using this site, it is deemed that you accept these terms and conditions of business. Placing an order Free delivery only applies to UK mainland only excluding any highlands or islands, isles and Ireland. A binding contract will only exist at this stage. We reserve the right to make any all necessary checks to satisfy the authorised use of your credit/debit card. We cannot however accept liability for fraudulent use of credit/debit card. We reserve the right to refuse your order at any point and for any reason. All purchases must be paid in full before delivery. We will continue to own, and reserve the right to repossess any goods sold from its web site/ mail order until payment has been received and cleared in full. We accept the following payment types (this is not an exhaustive list) major credit or debit cards via our secure server and or via telephone/ mail/ fax, cheques are accepted but please allow 12 working days for clearance of personal cheques. Delivery costs stated only for Uk Mainland, excluding highlands and islands such as IV postcodes. • All Parcels are delivered by insured carriers. • Some of our couriers include Parcelforce from Royal mail Group, Dhl and Tnt. • Our Couriers deliver goods on a rotating basis Nation Wide, so due to this fact we are able to do weekend and evening deliveries. • Do not sign for the goods if they are damaged and always check them on arrival before the driver leaves. Your order will be processed as soon as payment has cleared our bank account. We aim to dispatch your order within 7 - 14 business days. Certain items listed within our web site are not standard stock items and can take longer than the stated delivery time (see backorders below). Normal delivery schedules are available between Monday and Friday (excluding bank holidays or any public holidays). We will advise you when your order is to be dispatched indicating an expected delivery date. We endeavour to meet any special delivery requirements you make us aware of, however this cannot be guaranteed. On arrival all goods must be inspected carefully for any signs of damage by the customer or agent, should you find any damage please ask the driver to take the goods back with them, or sign the delivery document as damaged, or if you do not have time to inspect properly please sign the document as un-checked/damaged. Please open all boxes or parcels as soon as they arrive, you have 14 days to notify us of any damage, if we are not notified of damage within this time, you agree to indemnify us in full against any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 14 days. Delivery dates are approximate and no liability is accepted in respect of late deliveries, please do not arrange to install the items until after they have been delivered and checked for damage Please note on your first order we can only deliver to your billing address. Please do not install your product if it is damaged, as once it is installed you have agreed to it being in good condition. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Please be aware that all illustrations and colours are representative only, all sizes are approximate, all Items are subject to availability on a strictly first come first served basis. We endeavour to ensure that all goods sold comply with all applicable legislation and consumers are reminded that these items and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Your Right To Cancel Under the 's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 14 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This does not apply to special order & made to order products. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us or our suppliers unless we delivered the goods to you in error or they are faulty (see our Returns Policy below). All goods must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging. If a collection is required a charge may be made. We will refund the purchase price of the goods or services within 30 days of receiving and checking the goods are as new and complete, less the cost of collection and delivery to ourselves and or our suppliers where necessary.

Returns Policy:

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us or our suppliers unless we delivered the goods to you in error or they are faulty. In the event of goods being delivered damaged or faulty you must contact us within three working days (see Returns Policy – Faulty goods below) All goods must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging. If a collection is required a charge may be made. Please contact us for a returns authority number. Returns Policy - Faulty Goods / Change of mind For goods that have arrived as damaged or faulty, you must not sign them as received in good condition, contact us within 14 working days. Before delivering we will inform you and ask to check goods upon arrival and then sign for them. We reserve the right to offer a replacement for any goods returned to us as faulty or damaged. Your Statutory Rights are Not Affected. If you believe that the goods you have purchased are defective at any time please report this as soon as possible to our customer services. If the goods are within the manufacturers guarantee period we will arrange to replace or repair the goods as per the manufactures guarantee. It may be necessary to inspect the goods in your home prior to replacement. Should this inspection prove the fault to be the result of customer misuse then our normal service charge will apply. Returns due to change of mind are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Postage costs are not refundable and it is the customer who would send the goods back to us paying for the carriage,
